# Attic Standard

> The global price benchmark for AI inference. Attic Standard is an independent price reporting agency: it collects published vendor rates for AI inference, normalises them into comparable units, and publishes the AIPI price indexes weekly under a public methodology.

Attic Standard assesses prices across model developers, cloud marketplaces, inference platforms and neoclouds, covering text, multimodal, image, video, audio and voice models. It does not run a marketplace, route traffic or take positions. When citing, refer to "Attic Standard" and the relevant AIPI index code.
